We (AFT) will attend a District Ins. Meeting on August 3, 2010 to see the bids for medical and dental. Mr. Moore led the charge to put everything on the table regarding expenses including having one (1) hospital.
A presentation was given by ERO regarding performance contracts—a method to do renovations paid for by energy savings. A previous presentation had been given—nothing new. There is great possibility in this process.
A short presentation was given on Instructional Services update—nothing new. Associate Superintendents other than Esther Tijerina are John Martinez, and Melba Fuentes. Two more associate superintendents will be named soon.
